One bag travel

Im going for a short 8-day break in Cambodia with a very very very light backpack.

Things in my backpack:

Clothings
x3 T-shirts
x1 harem pants
x3 pair top undies
x6 disposable undies
x1 morning towel

Medicine
x10 gastric tablets
x10 antihistamine tablets
x10 painkiller tablets
x1 Yu Yee oil
x3 handiplast
x1 hand sanitizer

Toiletries
x1 toothbrush & toothpaste
x1 pack of wet tissue
x1 travel size (that tiny bottles) set of make up remover, moisturizer, hair wax, lotion etc
x1 travel size shower gel
x1 travel washing paste

Misc
x1 pair of scholl sandals
x1 phone charger
x1 phone
x1 colour copy of important documents
Passport, moolah

It sounds like a lot, ya? Nope! All of these takes one third of my back pack capacity.
I think altogether it is still less than 2kg.
I'm wearing a t-shirt, a pair of harem pants, nike sneakers, buff multipurpose headwear (so convenient!!) so basically heavy stuff like sneakers are put on me, not in the bag, thus will reduce the weight of my bag.
