Awesome recipe for bujangs tonight

1. Spaghetti:
Boil until al dente. Set aside.

2 Potato wedges:
Cut potato into wedges. Boil. Fry until crisp.

3. A slab of meat (topside should be fine):
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Butter the pan. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes for 1.5 inch thick. Wrap with aluminium foil, set aside to rest. The heat from the meat will continue cooking its inside

4. Veggies:

Slice eggplant, onion, garlic, tomato. Sprinkle mixed herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil to taste. Bring all in pan until tender.

5. Now, the magic:

Potato wedges + spaghetti + veggies. Thinly slice the meat and put onto the spaghetti.
